Castle Group Construction has worked for many years as exterior contractors to the hospitality industry. We have worked with large hotel chains, independent motels, conference and convention centers throughout Central and Northeast Florida.
Hotel Exterior Renovation
In 2020, Castle Group Construction performed a complete exterior renovation of the Hilton Garden Inn in Winter Park, Florida. Our work included:
- Removed old stucco, installed new stucco system for entire building
- Architectural precast window trim
- Architectural precast columns including custom bases and capitals
- Architectural precast concrete arches in breezeway area and first floor
- First floor cladding – 12″ x 24″ x 1″ concrete tiles
- Architectural precast corbells
- Exterior paint
